ABA therapist with DOH license

• Must have DOH license.
• Conducting behavioral assessments to understand clients' needs and behaviors.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
• Implementing behavior intervention plans to improve social, communication, and learning skills.
• Providing one-on-one therapy to children with autism and related disorders.
• Monitoring and documenting client progress, collecting data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to therapy.
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training to enhance professional skills and knowledge of ABA principles.
• Maintaining detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Cultural competence to understand and respect diverse backgrounds and tailor approaches accordingly.
• ABA Therapists play a crucial role in helping individuals with autism and other developmental disorders achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
