Accounting Specialist – Job Description

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Must have valid UAE residency visa
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and financial reports
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Experience in medical centers or healthcare sector is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and financial records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records
• Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly closing
• Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with management regarding financial matters
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information
