Aesthetic Doctor / Plastic Surgeon / Hair Transplant Surgeon

We are seeking a Skilled and Dedicated Aesthetic Doctor, Plastic Surgeon, or Hair Transplant Surgeon with expertise in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic procedures, and hair restoration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, cutting-edge treatments while delivering outstanding patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities Non-Surgical Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform advanced injectable procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, skin boosters, threads, biostimulators, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Operate and manage advanced aesthetic and laser devices.
• Conduct detailed patient consultations, facial assessments, and personalized treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and innovations in aesthetic medicine.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Hair Transplantation & Hair Restoration

• Perform and supervise hair transplantation procedures, including HST, FUE and other approved hair restoration techniques.
• Design natural hairlines and develop customized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up care.
• Perform scalp evaluations and recommend appropriate medical and regenerative hair treatments.
• Utilize PRP, mesotherapy, exosome therapy, and other hair restoration treatments where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and approved clinical privileges.
• Maintain detailed documentation and photographic records of treatment outcomes.

Plastic Surgery Responsibilities (For Plastic Surgeons)

• Perform cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures in accordance with DHA regulations and approved privileges.
• Conduct pre-operative consultations and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
• Provide comprehensive post-operative care and follow-up.
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and clinical governance.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions when required.

Business Development & Patient Engagement

• Drive clinic revenue through ethical treatment recommendations and patient education.
• Build strong patient relationships and maintain high patient satisfaction.
• Promote treatment plans and cross-sell appropriate products and services.
• Represent the clinic on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.) through educational and promotional content.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, patient events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the clinic through excellent clinical results and patient experiences.

Skills

• Expertise in Botox, fillers, PRP, skin boosters, and regenerative treatments.
• Strong experience in hair transplantation (FUE preferred), hairline design, and hair restoration treatments.
• Strong consultative and patient-centered sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong diagnostic, procedural, and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Active and comfortable on social media (mandatory).
