Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, doctors, and timings
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
- Maintain and update patient records in the system
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reminders, and feedback
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (healthcare experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Professional attitude with a patient-first approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience working in a clinic or hospital environment
- Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
