- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and timely manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays as necessary
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
- Prepare necessary forms and documentation for patient visits
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and medical staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Provide patients with information regarding procedures, wait times, and office policies
- billing Procedures and basic administrative tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
