Job Description

Role Purpose:

To define, lead, and govern Bupa Arabia’s enterprise automation and intelligent automation strategy by integrating Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow orchestration, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role ensures a secure, scalable, and resilient automation platform while enabling the organization’s transition from task-based automation to intelligent and agent-driven digital operations aligned with business priorities.

Key Accountabilities:

1-Automation Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and maintain a multi-year enterprise automation roadmap aligned with business strategy; prioritize use cases based on value, risk, and scalability; review roadmap quarterly with Technology and Business leadership.

2-RPA Architecture & Governance:

Design and govern UiPath architecture, frameworks, coding standards, security models, and deployment patterns; enforce architectural reviews, code quality gates, and lifecycle governance across all automation initiatives.

3-Intelligent Automation & AI Enablement:

Evaluate, pilot, and integrate AI, agentic automation, and workflow orchestration (e.g., APIs, events, n8n) into automation use cases; reduce dependency on UI-based bots through system-led automation.

4-Platform Stability, Security & Compliance:

Partner with IT and Security teams to manage access controls, credentials, HA/DR, monitoring, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance; ensure production reliability and incident readiness.

5-Team Leadership & Capability Building:

Lead and mentor architects, developers, and analysts; define skill and certification roadmap; establish delivery best practices and knowledge-sharing mechanisms; build succession and continuity plans.

  • UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Action Center)

  • Workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n)

  • API integration, webhooks, event-driven architectures

  • Reframe work and enterprise automation design patterns

  • Windows Server environments and unattended automation

  • Stakeholder management and technical leadership

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
