B2B - Hotels Accounts Manager

About the Role

Mrod Healthcare is seeking an experienced B2B Hotels Accounts Manager to develop and grow strategic partnerships with hotels across Dubai and the UAE. This role focuses on positioning Mrod Healthcare as the preferred home healthcare and wellness partner for hotel guests, driving sustainable revenue through long-term hotel contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify, target, and onboard hotels including luxury hotels, business hotels, serviced apartments, and resorts
• Develop and negotiate commercial contracts, service agreements with hotel management and procurement teams
• Promote Mrod Healthcare’s services (nursing care, doctor on calls, physiotherapy, laboratory services, etc.) to hotel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets

Account Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned hotel accounts
• Build strong relationships with General Managers, Operations Managers, Concierge teams, and Guest Services departments.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation of agreed services

Market Engagement

• Conduct regular market visits to hotels across Dubai and the UAE
• Represent Mrod Healthcare at hospitality events, exhibitions, and networking forums
• Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and hotel requirements

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in hotel contracting, hospitality sales, or key account management in the UAE

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
