Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bakery Sales & Cashier-Female to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist customers in selecting bakery products, process sales accurately, and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bakery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
• Promote bakery products and recommend additional items to increase sales.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Pack bakery products carefully and prepare customer orders.
• Keep display counters clean, attractive, and fully stocked.
• Monitor product freshness and follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the sales area in accordance with food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist with inventory, stock replenishment, and store opening/closing duties.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery and retail team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a bakery, café, supermarket, retail store, or cashier role is preferred.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• English and Tagalog speaking and reading skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
