• Handle incoming calls;

• Schedule, follow up and reconfirm appointments;

• Handle client payments;

• Manage, organize, and update relevant data;

• Manage and control stocks;

• Provide, and ensure remarkable customer service is provided, to clients;

• Perform/monitor opening and closing duties;

• Report any concern/setback/complaint from both clients and employees to the Branch Manager;

• Perform routine client outcalls;

• Participate in business development activities when required by Silkor;

• Perform up-selling and cross selling of Products, Treatments and Packages;

• If required by Silkor, replace the Branch Manager and act as the Branch Manager when the current Branch Manager is on leave or is otherwise absent;

• Handle Silkor marketing activities and events (e.g.: Exhibitions, Conferences, Gatherings, etc.) across the country, and coordinate with the Branch Manager and various departments of Silkor in this respect;

• Actively promote and sell Silkor to clients all Treatments, Packages, other services and Products which may be offered by Silkor;

• Maintain and up-date client files (measurements, weight, medical, assessment) accurately and in accordance with an efficient system;

• Implement strategic sales plans to increase incoming revenue as well as Silkor’s customer database;

• Consistently meet daily and monthly targets as set by Silkor from time to time; provide regular updates on center revenue (on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, or as may otherwise be required by Silkor);

• Handle all the issues concerning the Doctors (visiting or full time) such as trip arrangements, client bookings, and other related matters regarding doctors’ queries;

• Ensure all legal formalities with relevant authorities are completed in a timely manner and in full compliance with applicable SOPs and regulations. Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines, ensuring operational standards are consistently met;

• Manage and control the branch's stock, including monitoring and addressing expired and near-expiry products to ensure efficient inventory management

Education & Experience

The minimum education and experience required for a candidate to qualify for the position of Rotational Front Desk include the following:

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field or in a Health Science major

b. 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales and customer service

Physical Requirements

• Able to travel to different locations based on business needs;

• Travel in any Silkor branches whenever necessary; and

• Time flexibility depending on the business needs.
