1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify potential clients in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacy etc.) and develop new business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of medical products or services to clients, ensuring they understand how they meet their needs.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through strategic planning and efficient time management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in a professional manner.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company s medical products, their technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and any changes in healthcare regulations or policies.
  • Provide detailed information and answer client queries related to the features, benefits, and use of medical devices or services.

4. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Report on sales activities, forecasts, and results to management on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing plans based on insights from the field.

5. Training & Education

  • Provide product training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are fully informed on how to use medical equipment effectively and safely.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company's products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s / Master s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical medical product details. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Full willingness to show flexibility to adapt to business needs from time to time. Valid UAE Driving License
