School Support Staffing

Providing trained support workers for children with:

  • Autism
  • Determination (SEND)
  • Behavioural or emotional support needs

Home‑Based Elderly & Disability Support

Providing non‑medical care staff into the client’s home to assist with:

  • Daily living support
  • Routine management
  • General home‑based assistance

We need a confident, proactive Business Development Manager who thrives on networking, relationship‑building, and representing our organisation professionally both online and in person.

What You Will DoBusiness Development

  • Build and expand partnerships with schools, SEND departments, principals, and administrators.
  • Generate new enquiries from families requiring home‑based elderly or disability support.
  • Create a structured sales pipeline and deliver consistent revenue growth.

Networking & Representation

  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and education/health sector meet ups.
  • Represent the organisation confidently in online and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Build trust with Emirati and expat parent communities.

Client Response & Coordination

  • Respond quickly and professionally to all incoming enquiries.
  • Support or conduct basic care assessments where needed.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new school clients and home‑care clients.

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable support workers.
  • Liaise with schools and families to match staff appropriately.

Commission Structure also in place

Commission on new business closed (schools + home‑care packages) Commission paid quarterly.

What We’re Looking For Essential

  • Strong networking ability—comfortable attending events alone
  • Confident communicator (online & in-person)
  • Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or client relations
  • Fast responder with strong organisational skills
  • Able to build trust with school leaders and parents

Desirable

  • Experience in education, SEND, childcare, or care services
  • UAE experience
  • Arabic language skills (bonus, not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Support Solutions delivers home-care in the community in York, Harrogate and Beverley. They are registered to provide care and support for both children and adults. Driving assisted technology enhances the support provided by a carer that will keep loved ones safe and secure. The staff are trained in areas that others don’t train in making them a flexible and knowledgeable team. Support Solutions ensure that the time allocated to their clients is their time, they have minimum staffing to each client so the staff members can build up relationships to ensure continuity can be met and trust can be built. They have a low turn over of staffing, they treat the staff with respect and value each one of them. All care is tailored to the individual’s care needs and wishes and staff go above and beyond to enhance the quality of life for each person they care for. Whether the person needs complex care or is just looking for a bit of company to brighten up their day, Support Solutions can meet their needs. They ask the right questions to ensure the correct personalised package of care and support is offered to clients and their families. Services can be provided from as little as 1 hour per session to 24-hour live-in care, depending on the service user’s needs and wishes. Services provided include everything from personal care, help with medication, cleaning and food preparation to cancer care, palliative care and dementia care. Staff are highly qualified and only become part of the team after a rigorous recruitment process which includes DBS checks and at least two references. Alongside is an experienced team of managers who support each other and are trained or training to be qualified in Level 5 Health & Social Care. The support and training they provide their staff is above and beyond the basic Care Certificate.
