Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Strategy
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow FMCG sales and market share
- Identify new business opportunities, product categories, and distribution channels
- Prepare annual sales plans, forecasts, and growth targets
Sales & Market Expansion
- Manage key accounts including modern trade, traditional trade, wholesalers, and distributors
- Expand geographic and channel coverage across Abu Dhabi and the UAE
- Drive product listings, promotions, and in-store visibility
Partner & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, margins, and promotional agreements
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure target achievement
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Track sales performance, KPIs, and ROI on promotions
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support product launches and marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
