Lab Unit – Product Specialist / Business Development Specialist – UAE Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated sales professionals (0–4 years of experience) who are eager to build a successful career in the laboratory and life science sector. The selected candidate will support business development and sales activities for life science and research products, laboratory instruments, cold storage solutions, and consumables across a wide range of segments including IVD laboratories, Life Sciences, Genomics, Clinical Diagnostics, Food Safety, Forensics, Analytical laboratories & IVD laboratories in the UAE. This role offers hands-on exposure to technical sales, customer engagement, market development, Brand building & Achieving targets with opportunities to manage and grow key accounts such as universities, research institutes, pharmaceutical labs, analytical laboratories & IVD labs. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support & Target Achievement: Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products, brands, and customer accounts under the guidance of senior team members. Product Demonstration & Application Support: Support product demonstrations and end-user training. Provide basic application support and coordinate with service teams for installation and technical assistance when required. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers including universities laboratory, research institute, Analytical labs & IVD labs across the UAE. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support expansion into new accounts and market segments. Opportunity Management: Track leads, quotations, and sales opportunities. Develop a basic understanding of customer requirements, budgets, and competitive positioning. Sales Funnel & CRM Management: Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline/CRM system and assist in preparing sales forecasts. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely follow-ups and coordinate internally for quotations, deliveries, and service support to enhance customer satisfaction. Candidate Profile: We are seeking energetic, proactive, and quick-learning individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales, customer interaction, and technical products. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 0–4 years of sales experience. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of life science or laboratory products is an advantage (training will be provided). Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Location: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE. Educational Requirements: PhD / Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
