Job Overview

As a Chef De Partie at Healthy Farm Eatery , you will assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes in accordance with our health-focused menu. You will work closely with the senior kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and supporting the daily operations of the kitchen. The role requires a passion for healthy, fresh ingredients and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, slicing, and marinating as directed by the senior chefs.
• Support in cooking dishes following the eatery’s recipes and guidelines, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation standards are maintained.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are adequately stocked and properly stored.

Qualification & Experience

• Culinary degree, diploma, or equivalent professional training preferred
• 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition-focused cooking and healthy food preparation
• Ability to lead, supervise, and motivate a kitchen team
• Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
• Candidates from Libya, Morocco, Algeria & Tunisia are preferred.
