Job Title: Civil Draftsman (Immediate Joiner)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: Up to AED 6,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in preparing civil and structural drawings for construction projects and must be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed civil, structural, shop, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers regarding drawing revisions.
• Prepare layout plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and engineer/client comments.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE construction standards and project specifications.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
• Support project teams with technical drafting requirements and timely submissions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Draftsman in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction standards and shop drawing preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
