About the Role
We are seeking a sales-driven and customer-focused Client Coordinator to join our growing team in Riyadh.
Compensation Package
- Salary: 8,000 SAR
- Performance Bonus: 2,000 SAR
- Commission on sales
In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including appointments, check-ins, and reception
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Promote treatments, skincare products, and membership packages
- Conduct facility tours and explain services, pricing, and offers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to build loyalty and retention
- Gather client feedback and follow up post-treatment
- Support influencer visits in collaboration with the marketing team
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM database

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to upsell and meet targets
- Friendly, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
