Receptionist cum Sales & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales & Digital Marketing Executive to manage front desk operations, assist in sales activities, and support online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and knowledge of social media management and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients professionally
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain records
• Support sales activities and follow up with potential clients
• Promote company products and services to customers
• Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Create basic content, posts, and promotional materials
• Run and monitor Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns
• Respond to online inquiries and generate leads
• Maintain daily reports and customer database
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team

Requirements

• Previous experience in receptionist, sales, or customer service role
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer applications
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills

• Canva or basic graphic design knowledge
• Lead generation and customer handling experience
• English communication skills
