Clinic Receptionist / Customer service Representative

Location: Al Barsha 1, Near Mall of Emirates, Dubai

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month

BellaViso Medical Center is currently looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical clinic.

• Experience in a dental clinic is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle appointments, patient inquiries, and follow-ups.

• Familiarity with clinic software and computer systems.

• Well-organized, professional, and able to work under pressure.

• Must be available for immediate joining.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing patient appointments and schedules.

• Handling phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in patients.

• Following up with patients regarding consultations and treatments.

• Coordinating with doctors and therapists.

• Maintaining patient records and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

• Providing excellent customer service at all times.

Important:

• Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,000 per month.

• Immediate joining required.

• Candidates must have their own valid UAE residence visa. The company will not provide an employment visa for this position.
