Clinic Telemarketer / Sales Executive (Arabic & English Speaker)

We are seeking a highly driven Clinic Telemarketer / Sales Executive who is fluent in Arabic and English and passionate about converting leads into confirmed patient bookings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, targets, and delivering results in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call and follow up on marketing leads and patient inquiries
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and achieve booking targets
• Promote clinic services confidently and professionally
• Handle objections and close bookings effectively
• Maintain high conversion rates and daily call targets
• Accurately update patient information and booking records
• Coordinate closely with operations and front desk teams

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, call center, or clinic sales
• Strong closing, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed KPIs
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer handling skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
