Clinical Psychologist

We are looking for someone who is professional, kind, responsible, and passionate about mental health care. The candidate should not only provide therapy but also help develop the department in a sustainable way where both the patient and clinic benefit.

The ideal candidate should be able to create trust with patients, maintain high clinical standards, and support the clinic in building a strong reputation for mental health and psychological services in Dubai. Revenue-sharing model will be discussed based on experience, DHA status, availability, and patient base.

Main Duties

• Conduct psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy when required.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Manage cases related to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism-related concerns, behavioral issues, and emotional difficulties.
• Support children and parents with developmental, academic, and behavioral challenges.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes.
• Follow DHA rules, ethical standards, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals for patient care.
• Participate in clinic programs, awareness campaigns, and community mental health initiatives.
• Support the growth of the psychology department through patient care excellence and professional service development.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility letter as Clinical Psychologist.
• Minimum 2–5 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in child, adolescent, and adult psychology is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Experience in CBT, behavioral therapy, counselling, family therapy, or trauma-informed therapy.
• Good communication skills in English. Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, or other languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and build a department.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with doctors, therapists, and management.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per hour
