Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and professional Collections Executive to manage outstanding payments and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves visiting clients, following up on pending invoices, collecting payments (including cheques), and ensuring accurate reporting of all collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients to follow up on overdue payments

• Collect cheques and ensure proper documentation of all transactions

• Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances

• Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment issues

• Coordinate with the accounts team regarding payment updates

• Provide regular reports on collection status and client feedback

Requirements:

• Previous experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Honest, trustworthy, and well-presented

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

• Valid UAE driving license (required)

• Familiarity with basic accounting or invoicing systems is a plus
