Role Summary The Consultant Plastic Surgeon provides advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered services in a premium clinical environment. The role requires expertise across complex reconstructive procedures, aesthetic surgery, and multidisciplinary case management, with strong communication skills in both Arabic and English to serve a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive reconstructive and aesthetic surgical services aligned with international standards.
- Perform complex reconstructive procedures including trauma reconstruction, microsurgery, burns reconstruction, and post‑oncologic restoration.
- Provide a full spectrum of aesthetic procedures (face, breast, body contouring, non‑surgical interventions).
- Conduct detailed pre‑operative assessments, surgical planning, and post‑operative follow‑up.
- Ensure safe, evidence‑based practice with strict adherence to DHA regulations and clinical governance frameworks.
- Manage high‑acuity and multidisciplinary cases in collaboration with oncology, orthopaedics, ENT, dermatology, and critical care teams.
- Deliver culturally sensitive care with fluency in Arabic to support patient trust, education, and informed decision‑making.
- Maintain exceptional standards of patient communication, counselling, and satisfaction.
- Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and service excellence in line with Dubai’s premium healthcare expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Degree (MD/MBBS) from a recognized institution.
- Board Certification / Fellowship in Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery.
- Valid DHA Consultant License or eligibility for Consultant registration.
- Minimum 5–7 years post‑specialization experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
- Proven expertise in both surgical and non‑surgical aesthetic procedures.
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural, high‑performance environment.
