Role Description The Cosmetic Dentist is a full-time, on-site role based at Be You Clinic in Dubai. This role involves providing comprehensive cosmetic and general dental care, including assessments, treatment planning, and execution of procedures that improve dental aesthetics and oral health. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing cosmetic treatments such as veneers, whitening, and smile makeovers; managing dental implants and restorative procedures; and coordinating with other aesthetic professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. The Cosmetic Dentist will educate clients on treatment options, maintain detailed clinical records, adhere to infection control and safety protocols, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical standards and patient experience. Collaboration with the clinic team to support client-focused care and participate in case reviews and professional development is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in general Dentistry and Dental Care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and preventive oral health practices.
• Proficiency in Oral Surgery procedures relevant to cosmetic dentistry, with a focus on safe and precise operative techniques.
• Experience in Endodontics for managing root canal treatments and related restorative work as part of comprehensive care.
• Demonstrated skills in planning and placing Dental Implants, including restorative phases to achieve functional and aesthetic outcomes.
• Dental degree (DDS, DMD, or equivalent) and valid license or eligibility to practice in Dubai, UAE.
• Specialization or documented experience in cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, crowns, whitening, and smile design.
• Commitment to high clinical standards, infection control, and patient safety, with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an inclusive, client-centered approach and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to stay current with advancements in dental materials, technologies, and aesthetic techniques.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
