Key Accountabilities

• Business-to-Business Digital platform update and follow up (Item Master File update – Customer Master File Update – Categorization – Customer Dashboard - Sales orders integrations – Account information – Daily on hand stock – Suggested orders – Approved releases – Notifications – Vendors list)
• Digital integrated sales preparations and processes (Internally and Externally) (Item Mapping – integrated sales plan follow up for new customers - integrated sales business meetings – integrated sales Technical meetings – Testing phase follow up – Going live confirmation and follow up)
• Product Information Management ( Updating and submitting ) Updating the ecommerce data for new or changed items on Product Information Management and submit within the limited agreed timeframe.
• Min – Max and items reservation update.
• Regular communication with customers to update their Min – Max and follow up the uploading on system.
• Regular update the reserved quantities up on the agreed criteria of each item and vendor.

Languages

• Arabic and English professional proficiency.
