Customer Service Advisor – Automotive (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our automotive division.

Requirements:

  • Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
  • Freshers in UAE can also apply (PREVIOUS HOME COUNTRY EXP IN AUTOMOTIVE - MANDATORY
  • Good communication skills in both Arabic & English
  • Customer-oriented and presentable personality
  • Basic knowledge or interest in automotive industry is an advantage
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups professionally
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions and service inquiries
  • Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team
  • Follow up with customers regarding appointments and updates
  • Maintain professional customer experience and relationship
  • Support front desk and customer coordination activities

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
