Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Order Taking Representative to join a perfume company in Al Quoz. This role is key in handling customer interactions, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring smooth coordination with delivery and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple WhatsApp conversations simultaneously, especially order handling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally
• Respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and receive customer orders
• Accurately record and process orders
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and order completion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
