Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, inquiries, insurance questions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm dental appointments, ensuring accurate information is recorded
  • Assist with insurance verification and provide information on coverage options
  • Address billing inquiries, process payments, and explain billing procedures
  • Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Provide support to dental staff by relaying important patient information
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up tasks
  • Stay up-to-date on dental services, procedures, and insurance requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
  • Arabic & English speaker
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor
  • Proficient in using customer service software and office management tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • College diploma
