ZIA Medical Center is seeking a customer-oriented and efficient Call Center Agent with experience in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will manage incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages, and website inquiries, ensuring all patient interactions are handled professionally, promptly, and with care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls regarding appointments, services, and general inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient satisfaction
  • Schedule, update, and cancel appointments using clinic management software
  • Handle and respond promptly to WhatsApp messages and website/live chat inquiries
  • Provide information about doctors’ availability, clinic timings, procedures, and insurance coverage
  • Coordinate with front desk, nursing, and medical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Log and document all patient interactions accurately
  • Resolve patient complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a call center agent in a healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in handling calls, WhatsApp communications, and online chat platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with clinic/hospital management systems and CRM tools
  • Professional, patient-centered attitude and calm demeanor under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and insurance processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
