Dental Technician specializing in Denture and Ortho works ( Lab )

We are looking for a skilled laboratory professional responsible for designing, fabricating, and repairing removable prosthetic appliances (dentures) and corrective orthodontic devices based on prescriptions from dentists or orthodontists. They combine artistic skill with technical precision to create comfortable, functional, and aesthetic dental devices.

Job Responsibilities

• Construct full and partial dentures, including set up of teeth, waxing, processing, and finishing.
• Fabricate custom appliances such as retainers (Hawley), clear aligners, mouthguards, splints, and expanders.
• Create accurate plaster or stone models from patient impressions or digital scans.
• Mount models on articulators to simulate jaw movement and ensure proper bite alignment.
• Perform precise metalwork, including wire bending for orthodontic appliances and repairing metal parts.
• Trim, smooth, and polish acrylic and metal devices for patient comfort.
• Inspect final products for accuracy against the prescription and ensure they meet hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a dental technician in the relevant department.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for detailed, precise work.
• Understanding of acrylics, metals, composites, and plaster.
• Ability to replicate natural teeth shapes and colors and follow precise measurements
