Dentist, Dental Implant Sales & Clinical Support

Biolink Medical Surgical Equipment & Instruments Trading is a leading dental solutions provider in the UAE. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Dentist to join our Implantology Division and contribute to the growth of our dental implant business.

Position Summary

This role combines out door sales, clinical dentistry, implantology support, professional education, and business development. The successful candidate will work closely with dentists, oral surgeons, and implantologists to promote our implant solutions, support clinical procedures, provide product training, and develop long-term customer relationships.

This position is ideal for a young and energetic dentist who enjoys interacting with clinicians, learning new technologies, and building a successful career in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and grow sales of dental implant systems and related solutions through regular outdoor visits to dental clinics and hospitals across the UAE.
• Build strong relationships with dentists, implantologists, oral surgeons, and key accounts.
• Conduct product presentations, clinical demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Provide chairside clinical support during implant procedures when required.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and provide emergency clinical or technical support when necessary.
• Support workshops, educational programs, and professional events.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records, visit reports, and customer follow-up.
• Continuously develop knowledge of implantology, digital dentistry, and clinical workflows.

Required Qualifications

• BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical dental experience.
• Good knowledge of implant dentistry and restorative procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ambitious, energetic, and comfortable working in an outdoor field sales environment.
• Able to travel extensively throughout the UAE and respond to urgent customer support requirements when needed.
• Fluent in English.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
