DHA Phlebotomist / Registered Nurse / Med Tech

Vesta Care is actively recruiting for the role of DHA Phlebotomist / Registered Nurse / Medical Technologist for its Dubai Operations.

We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:

• Valid DHA License as Phlebotomist, Registered Nurse, or Medical Laboratory Technician
• Proven experience in venipuncture and sample collection
• Experience in home healthcare or mobile services is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of infection control and bio-medical waste handling
• Good communication skills in English (Tagalog is a plus)
• Professional appearance and patient-friendly attitude

Responsibilities:

• Perform blood collection and other medical sample collection at patients’ homes
• Ensure proper patient identification, consent confirmation, and comfort
• Follow DHA guidelines, infection control, and safety protocols
• Label, store, and transport samples accurately to the laboratory
• Maintain sample integrity and cold-chain requirements when applicable
• Accurately complete documentation and electronic records
• Provide clear pre-test and post-collection instructions to patients
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
