Key Responsibilities Clinical Care

Doctor On-Call Support

• Assist physicians during home consultations and medical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies during doctor visits.
• Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, and follow-up care.

Homecare Services

• Deliver nursing care to patients in their homes according to physician orders.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Support chronic disease management, elderly care, and post-hospitalization care.
• Educate patients and families on proper home healthcare practices.

Ambulance Services

• Provide emergency nursing care during patient transport.
• Assist in stabilizing patients during ambulance transfer.
• Operate and maintain emergency medical equipment.
• Ensure safe patient handover to hospital staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Valid Registered Nurse License (e.g., DHA / MOH / HAAD depending on location)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years clinical experience (homecare or emergency care preferred)

• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly in emergencies
• Teamwork and collaboration with physicians and paramedics

Working Conditions

• Field-based work including patient homes and ambulance services
• Flexible shifts including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to travel to different patient locations
