Job Description

  • Processing GS membership transactions including validation of supporting documents in line with Insurance policy and CCHI guidelines to filter out fraud and anti-selection
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met to mitigate compliance risk
  • Run a quality check on all membership requests by following CCHI guidelines and internal processes
  • Prioritize transactions processing based on the segmentation KPI
  • Solve issues related to system and support all related departments in the resolution
