Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all digital marketing activities for My London Skin Clinic. This includes SEO, social media management, content creation, graphic design, website management, and paid advertising (Google Ads). The role is hands-on and performance-driven, focused on increasing brand visibility, patient enquiries, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with clinic goals
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns for better results
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO for the clinic website
- Improve Google rankings for targeted keywords
- Optimise website content, blogs, landing pages, and metadata
- Track SEO performance and provide regular reports
Social Media Management
- Manage clinic social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan content calendars and schedule regular posts
- Create captions, hashtags, and engagement strategies
- Respond to comments and messages in coordination with the reception team
Content Creation & Graphics
- Create high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, banners, and ads
- Design graphics using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for treatment-related content
- Ensure all content follows clinic, DHA, and advertising guidelines
Website Management
- Manage and update the clinic website regularly
- Upload content, blogs, offers, and landing pages
- Ensure website is SEO-friendly, updated, and user-friendly
- Coordinate with developers when technical support is required
Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor ad performance, budgets, and ROI
- Optimise ads to generate quality leads and enquiries
- Ensure compliance with healthcare and advertising regulations
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
- Analyse leads, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
- Suggest improvements based on data insights
Compliance & Brand Standards
- Ensure all marketing content complies with DHA, local regulations, and clinic policies
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Ensure accurate and ethical promotion of treatments and services
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing (healthcare or aesthetics preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, and Google Ads
- Experience in content creation and basic graphic design
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written English (Arabic is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
