Job Summary

The Finance Director (or Finance Manager) is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role provides leadership in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support effective decision-making and long-term business growth.

The Finance Director/Manager works closely with senior management to develop financial strategies, manage risks, optimize resources, and maintain fiscal discipline across all departments. The position also ensures compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. The candidate will be reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).

· Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.

· Oversee accounting, payroll, cash flow, and audit functions.

· Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

· Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

· Support strategic planning and investment decisions.

· Supervise and develop the finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
2. Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
3. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
