Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an OPD Duty Manager located in Jeddah. The OPD Duty Manager will oversee daily operations within the outpatient department, ensuring smooth coordination between healthcare professionals, administrative staff, and patients. They will address patient concerns, manage schedules, ensure adherence to hospital policies, and uphold the highest standards of healthcare service. The role will also involve monitoring staff performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and solving problems as they arise.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations effectively.
• Experience in patient relations, issue resolution, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain a positive patient experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in administrative and scheduling software; experience with healthcare management systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a healthcare managerial or supervisory role is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
