Engagement and Communications

Job Description

• Create internal communications using the right tools across CXD and inlined with Bupa Arabia guidelines
• Create and deliver internal communications content, including CXD department updates, employees updates, newsletters and presentations
• Coordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement
• Announce events and send out communications such as (new system updates, new hires, birthdays.. etcs) through our department's internal communication email
• Create visually appealing and engaging presentations, reports, and other communication touchpoints.
• Develop quarterly reward & recognition program across CXD
• Support in achieving a good people engagement score
• Create visual impact in presentations & reports
• Implement new ideas to increase overall engagement KPI's

Skills

• Degree in design, fine arts or any related field.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Experience with content creation and delivery, including email, newsletters
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Familiarity with Microsoft softwares (such as Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word )
