ENT Specialist (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ENT Specialist (Otolaryngologist) to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality outpatient care, perform office-based ENT procedures, and deliver excellent patient-centered services in accordance with Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations for adult and pediatric ENT patients.
• Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform office-based ENT procedures, including:
• Ear wax removal
• Nasal endoscopy
• Flexible laryngoscopy
• Foreign body removal
• Nasal cauterization
• Other minor ENT procedures within granted clinical privileges
• Prescribe medications and order appropriate laboratory and imaging investigations.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Refer patients to other specialists or hospitals when clinically indicated.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and follow-up care.
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality standards.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Specialist qualification in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Valid Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi Specialist License or eligibility.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience.
• Experience in outpatient ENT practice.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
