Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen supervision, ensuring high-quality standards and excellent food presentation within the given budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present high-quality dishes according to menu standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Monitor food inventory and place orders to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Control food costs and minimize waste through efficient kitchen management.
• Develop new recipes and improve existing menu items based on customer feedback.
• Coordinate with management on menu updates, promotions, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and HACCP regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef or Head Cook (preferably in UAE).
• Strong knowledge of various cuisines (Indian,Arabic, Continental, or Asian preferred).
• Ability to lead and motivate a small kitchen team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple orders efficiently.
