Experienced Typist (PRO) UAE government-related services

Job Description

We are Hiring professional, experienced Typist Services Officer with strong knowledge of UAE government portals and documentation processes.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling MOHRE, Municipality, ICP, and other UAE government-related services.

Key Responsibilities

Visa & Residency Services

• Processing residence visas (new, renewal, cancellation)
• Handling dependent visas, maid/household staff visas
• Golden Visa applications and renewals
• Entry permits and status change applications

Emirates ID Services

• Accurate typing and submission of Emirates ID applications
• Renewals, replacements, and updates
• Scheduling biometric appointments

Government Portal Services

• Amer (GDRFA): Visa and residency transactions
• Tas-heel / MOHRE: Labour contracts, work permits, job offers
• DET: Trade license applications, renewals, amendments, trade name reservations

PRO & Documentation Services

• Legal document attestation and notarization
• Company document clearing
• Coordination with government departments

Additional Administrative Services

• Arabic & English typing
• Translation coordination
• Data entry, printing, photocopying
• Accurate form filling for legal and corporate documents

Requirements

• Proven experience in a UAE Typing Center / PRO Services
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA (Amer), Tas-heel, and DET
• Excellent Arabic and English typing skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Knowledge of UAE labour and immigration procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Typing Center or PRO company
• Familiarity with UAE government online portals
• Customer service skills
