Female Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Female Accountant to manage our medical facility's day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you will oversee accounts payable/receivable, process medical insurance claims, and ensure strict compliance with UAE healthcare financial standards.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily patient billing, cash collections, and credit card transactions.
• Process and reconcile medical insurance claims, handling rejected claims or payment discrepancies with TPAs (Third-Party Administrators).
• Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) by tracking co-pays, deductibles, and corporate client accounts.
• Maintain the general ledger and record all daily income and expenses.
• Process Accounts Payable (AP), verify supplier invoices (e.g., pharmaceuticals, medical equipment), and prepare timely payments.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, trial balances, and month-end closing reports for management.
• Manage VAT and FTA (Federal Tax Authority) regulations to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
• Assist during internal and external financial audits.

Location: Fujairah and Dibba

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per hour
