Position Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Control Agent to join our team and ensure the highest standards of service, client satisfaction, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will monitor service quality, review client interactions, evaluate staff performance indicators, and ensure that all processes meet the center’s quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Monitoring: Review and evaluate client interactions to ensure adherence to service standards.
• Performance Evaluation: Assess call handling, communication quality, and service delivery of front-line staff.
• Quality Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on quality indicators and areas for improvement.
• Client Feedback Management: Collect, analyze, and address client feedback to enhance service satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in workflow and recommend actionable improvements.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure all procedures align with internal policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control, call monitoring, or client service evaluation—preferably in healthcare, aesthetic clinics, or wellness centers.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM or call monitoring systems is an asset.
