Female - General Practitioner (Doctor on Call)

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female General Practitioner (GP) to join our Doctor-on-Call services team in Dubai. This is a mobile medical role requiring the doctor to travel to patients' homes, hotels, or workplaces to provide timely, high-quality care. The ideal candidate is confident in working independently, has strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering patient-centered, holistic care in non-traditional clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Visits: Attend patient locations (homes, hotels, offices, etc.) to assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Clinical Management: Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures when required.
• Preventive & Wellness Care: Provide patient education on disease prevention, health promotion, and lifestyle modifications.
• Emergency Response: Deliver prompt and efficient care during urgent but non-life-threatening medical situations.
• Medical Documentation: Accurately record patient visits and treatment details in compliance with DHA and organizational protocols.
• Coordination & Referrals: Coordinate follow-up care, specialist referrals, or hospital transfers when necessary.
• Infection Control & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to infection control, hygiene, and regulatory standards during every patient visit.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter to practice in Dubai
• 2–5 years of post-internship clinical experience (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills across general medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work independently and make on-the-spot decisions
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and mobile healthcare protocols
• Must be comfortable working in a mobile/on-call setup and managing patient visits at various locations

Role Details:

• Working Hours: 12-hour shifts on a rotational/on-call basis
