About the Role

hoopoe holding is seeking an experienced Finance & Investments Manager

to strengthen the financial and investment backbone of its growing global ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine a Big Four foundation

with a strong understanding of venture capital, fundraising, and financial architecture

.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership, board members, and global investment partners

across multiple international SPVs. You will be directly involved in valuations, investor relations, due diligence, and capital structuring

, collaborating with Big Four valuation teams, venture capital firms, and private equity partners

on active transactions.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain institutional-grade valuation models, including DCF, market multiples, comparables, and sensitivity analyses.
• Manage end-to-end fundraising processes (Seed, Pre-A, and Series A) and prepare investor documentation such as SAFEs, convertible notes, and equity carve-outs.
• Lead due diligence and audit coordination with Big Four partners across various jurisdictions.
• Design financial control and ROI frameworks for franchise and SaaS operating entities.
• Prepare investment decks and financial narratives for board and investor presentations.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience within or in direct collaboration with a Big Four or Tier-1 investment advisory firm (Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, Rothschild, Lazard, or equivalent).
• 7 to 15 years of professional experience in corporate finance, valuation, or venture capital fundraising.
• Strong working knowledge of DCF, NPV, IRR, cap table management, and financial scenario modeling.
• Exposure to HealthTech, SaaS, or franchise ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, COMFAR III, and valuation software such as PitchBook, Capital IQ, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with investors, audit partners, and fund managers.
• Fluency in English required; French or Arabic is an advantage.
