Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a strong background in healthcare finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires advanced analytical skills, proficiency in business intelligence tools, and a deep understanding of hospital or medical group operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for hospital operations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and cost optimization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal financial policies.
• Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on projects and investments.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in financial analysis within the healthcare industry (hospital or medical group preferred).
• Location: Prior UAE experience is mandatory.
• Education & Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
