Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and professional Female Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong fitness background, and the ability to motivate and guide members toward achieving their health and fitness goals. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a fitness club or gym environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout programs for members.
• Provide one-on-one and group training sessions.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure member safety at all times.
• Motivate members to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans.
• Promote and sell personal training packages and gym services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas.
• Assist members with equipment usage and answer fitness-related inquiries.
• Stay updated with current fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with gym policies, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Certified Fitness Trainer, Personal Trainer, or equivalent fitness qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a gym, fitness center, or health club.
• Strong knowledge of strength training, weight management, functional training, and nutrition basics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve personal training targets.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in premium gyms or fitness clubs.
• Strong social media presence and ability to attract and retain clients.
• Experience conducting group classes is an added advantage.
