Fleet Supervisor

We are hiring a Fleet Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day fleet operations, ensure vehicle readiness, coordinate drivers, and maintain compliance with UAE transport and DOH regulations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing a busy fleet environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations, dispatching, and driver schedules
• Ensure all vehicles meet DOH, RTA, and company compliance standards
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with workshops
• Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and cost efficiency
• Maintain fleet logs, inspection reports, and operational records
• Handle breakdowns, incidents, and emergency vehicle deployment
• Train and guide drivers on safety and operational procedures
• Prepare daily/weekly fleet performance reports for management

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in fleet supervision (ambulance, logistics, transport, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws and fleet compliance
• Ability to manage drivers and resolve operational issues under pressure
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Valid UAE driving license
• immediate joiner and having vehicle (Land cruiser & Toyota Hilux 4x4 diesel) mechanical experience (preferred)
• Hindi-speaking candidates preferred
