Front Desk Receptionist(UAE National)

Job Summary

We are seeking a well-presented and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to manage our front office operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information or directing them to the right department.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper access control procedures.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Support HR and operations departments with coordination tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (UAE experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English & Arabic .

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
