Career Opportunity: Full-Time Videographer (Short-Form Video Specialist) - Dubai

Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-based)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Full-Time Videographer (Male or Female) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in short-form video content for social media and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of current trends and viral formats.

This role requires a high degree of flexibility and a commitment to capturing content when and where it happens, meaning you are not restricted by standard working hours or days.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conceptualize, Shoot, and Edit high-quality, engaging short videos (e.g., for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) on a consistent and frequent basis.

* Maintain full knowledge of short-form video best practices, including optimal aspect ratios, engagement hooks, pacing, and on-screen text/graphic overlays.

* Operate and maintain all video and audio equipment effectively.

* Work independently to produce content from start to finish, including pre-production planning and post-production editing.

* Be flexible with working hours and days to accommodate immediate and spontaneous content capture needs, which may include evenings or weekends.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Videographer, specifically with a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact short-form video content.

* Expertise in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro preferred).

* Deep understanding of social media platform requirements and the nuances of content that drives engagement and virality.

* Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

* Exceptional eye for detail, storytelling ability, and creative flair.

Compensation:

* Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. We are looking for top talent and will compensate based on the depth of your portfolio and expertise in creating successful short-form video content.
