Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE accounting experience and the ability to handle multi-branch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting operations for multiple branches
• Maintain daily cash flow, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze Financial Reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Process Payroll & HR-related accounting
• Perform VAT filing, Corporate Tax compliance, and Tax Audit support
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance & cost analysis
• Inventory management and cost control
• Coordinate with banks for payments, reconciliations, and facilities
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations
• Work on ERP system – Zoho Books

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, and UAE regulations
• Experience handling multiple branches
• Proficiency in Zoho Books or similar ERP systems
• Good knowledge of inventory, cash management, and financial controls
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Experience:

• Real multi-branch handling: 1 year (Preferred)
• UAE VAT & tax knowledge: 1 year (Required)
• Accounting (UAE): 3 years (Required)
